All employees are specialists within data science, data engineering, IT‑architecture or behaviour science ‑ or they have management experience and know what it takes to spur change.

Despite our growth, we are still a young company, where employees get heard and seen. We spend time on developing new concepts and services, involving all competence areas, which is highly valued by our employees. We like sharing ideas and host events on a regular basis, often with innovative concepts attracting capacity crowds.

You find the House of Mindshift in the centre of Oslo, close to the Royal Castle and its lovely park.

Fridays are in‑house, with a fine mix of knowledge sharing, collaboration on customer projects, internal updates and socialising. All happening in our newly re‑furbished, modern and stylish offices.
